YN Software Development ("YN Software Development", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information associated with your use of the BrainGame mobile application (the "App").

This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected or processed when you use BrainGame, how that information may be used, the third-party services used by the App, and the choices available to you.

BrainGame is a general-purpose game intended for users aged 13 and older. The App is not specifically designed, developed, or marketed for children under the age of 13.

Users under 13 should not use BrainGame where applicable law requires parental consent or otherwise restricts their use of the App.

We do not knowingly request or directly collect personal information from children through BrainGame.

We do not operate our own server for collecting or maintaining a personal user database for BrainGame.

4. Information Stored on Your Device

BrainGame may store game-related information locally on your device. This may include information such as game progress, scores, settings, preferences, and other information required for the normal operation of the game.

This local information is used to provide game functionality and to remember your progress and preferences.

This locally stored game information is not transmitted to servers operated by YN Software Development.

Depending on your Android device and operating-system settings, locally stored application data may be removed when you clear the App's data or uninstall the App.

5. Advertising and Google AdMob

BrainGame displays advertisements using Google AdMob, a mobile advertising service provided by Google.

The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share certain information from the device for purposes such as advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and measuring or improving advertising performance.

Depending on the SDK version, configuration, device settings, and applicable circumstances, information processed by Google Mobile Ads may include:

• IP address
• App interactions, such as app launches, taps, and video views
• Diagnostic and performance information
• Advertising identifiers
• App Set ID and other device or account identifiers where applicable
• Information related to advertising and fraud prevention

The Google Mobile Ads SDK encrypts user data in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS), according to Google's documentation.

Google may use information processed through its advertising services to provide, measure, personalize, or improve advertising, subject to applicable settings, consent requirements, and Google's policies.

6. Advertising Preferences and Consent

Depending on your location, applicable privacy laws, device settings, and Google's advertising systems, Google may provide controls or consent mechanisms concerning personalized advertising and the processing of advertising-related information.

You may also be able to manage advertising-related settings through your Android device or Google Account.

Where legally required, applicable consent mechanisms provided by Google or its services may be used before certain advertising data is processed for purposes requiring consent.

7. Google Play Games Services

BrainGame uses Google Play Games Services to support game-related functionality available through Google Play Games.

Depending on the features used and the user's Google Play Games configuration, Google Play Games Services may process information associated with the user's Google account, gaming profile, achievements, leaderboards, gameplay activity, or other information necessary to provide the relevant service.

BrainGame does not receive or store your Google Account password. Authentication and account-related processing for Google Play Games is handled by Google.

Your use of Google Play Games Services is also subject to Google's applicable terms and privacy policies.

Information processed through BrainGame and its integrated third-party services may be used for the following purposes:

YN Software Development does not sell users' personal information.

10. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information under our control.

BrainGame does not maintain a personal user database on our own servers.

Information transmitted by integrated third-party services may be protected by security measures implemented by those providers. For example, Google states that information collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS.

However, no method of electronic transmission, storage, or processing can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Data Retention

YN Software Development does not maintain a personal account database for BrainGame users.

Game-related information stored locally on your device may remain until you delete the application data or uninstall the App, subject to your device's operating-system behavior.

Information processed by Google AdMob or Google Play Games Services is handled and retained by Google according to its applicable policies, systems, and retention practices.

12. Data Deletion

Because BrainGame does not require a user account and does not maintain a personal user database on our own servers, there is no YN Software Development account containing personal data that users need to request deletion from.

You can remove locally stored BrainGame application data by clearing the App's storage/data through your Android device settings or by uninstalling the App, subject to Android's behavior.

Data handled by Google services, including Google Play Games Services and Google advertising services, is subject to Google's applicable privacy controls and policies.

13. Children's Privacy

BrainGame is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not specifically designed or marketed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly request or directly collect personal information from children through the App.

BrainGame does not require users to provide personal information such as their name, email address, phone number, physical address, or precise location in order to play the game.

Because BrainGame uses third-party services, including Google AdMob and Google Play Games Services, those services may independently process information according to their own policies and applicable safeguards.
