2. Intended Audience and Age

BrainGame is a general-purpose game intended for users aged 13 and older. The App is not specifically designed, developed, or marketed for children under the age of 13.

Users under 13 should not use BrainGame where applicable law requires parental consent or otherwise restricts their use of the App.

We do not knowingly request or directly collect personal information from children through BrainGame.

BrainGame does not receive or store your Google Account password. Authentication and account-related processing for Google Play Games is handled by Google.

However, no method of electronic transmission, storage, or processing can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

YN Software Development does not maintain a personal account database for BrainGame users.

Game-related information stored locally on your device may remain until you delete the application data or uninstall the App, subject to your device's operating-system behavior.

Information processed by Google AdMob or Google Play Games Services is handled and retained by Google according to its applicable policies, systems, and retention practices.

Because BrainGame does not require a user account and does not maintain a personal user database on our own servers, there is no YN Software Development account containing personal data that users need to request deletion from.

You can remove locally stored BrainGame application data by clearing the App's storage/data through your Android device settings or by uninstalling the App, subject to Android's behavior.
